I. I-RTC:
Learn How to use I-RTC service? I-RTC means Internet- Records Of Rights, Tenancy And Crops (R.T.C) to know the land record details.
1. Visit the Karnataka Bhoomi Online official website http://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/
2. In Menu, Click on services & then click on I-RTC a new page will be opened in a new tab.
3. Fill all the necessary details correctly mentioned in the page because the RTC details will be sent as SMS to the mobile number provided.
II. I-RTC Wallet Bhoomi Karnataka :
I-RTC Wallet helps registered users to access multiple services
1. Print Pahani ONLINE (ONLINE RTC) ANYWHERE-ANYTIME by paying only Rs. 15 per RTC
2. User can avail Nadakacheri services -ATALJI JANASNEHI KENDRA, Bhoomi Services & other department services

III. View RTC(Records Of Rights, Tenancy And Crops ) Information
1. Visit Bhoomi Online official website.

2. Click on View RTC Information: This option is generally to view the details of land records like Landowner, survey number, Khata number, Leased Land, Residential /Crop, Any disputes etc.
3. Search for RTC based on Survey number or Owner Name. select any option based on the information you have.
4. If we select survey number you will see below page with district, taluk, hobli, village, survey no, sumoc, hissa details on filling these details correctly you can see the land records history.
5. Below is the sample filled in record details.
6. Next click on “View Land Data” to get RTC Bhoomi details & to get Mutation Data click on “View Mutation Data”
7. Below is the complete Land record details we get when we click on View Land data. It contains Land details, owner details, Cultivator details
8. Below is sample Bhoomi Encumbrance Report for the survey number.
9. Search the Karnataka RTC land details search by Owner Name.
10. Fill the details below in the form & to get the Land details as shown below.
IV. VIEW RTC & MR :
Here citizen of Karnataka can access the RTC records & Mutation Records
1.Go to the Bhoomi online official website & click on View RTC & MR to get the page.
2. Select Current year & enter details.
3. Fill the details given below District, village etc. to get the RTC details.
4. After filling the details click on fetch details to get the land record details as shown in the image below.
5. Click on MR button to get below option page. Fill up the details & submit to get the details.
6. Click on the Mutation status button to get the below the option page. Fill up the details & submit them to get the details.
V. CITIZEN REGISTRATION
1. Select Citizen registration in the menu to move to registration page
2. Enter the aadhaar card details, Citizen name, mobile number & verify OTP to register for Bhoomi online services.
VI. REVENUE MAPS:
To get the land maps district, Mandal, village, taluk wise here,
1. Select the Revenue Maps option on the menu.
2. select district, taluk, hobli, map type to get the result & click on the PDF file to see the map.
VII. RTC XML VERIFICATION:
1. Select RTC XML Verification in the menu bar.
2. Enter the Reference number in the box & on valid input you can see the RTC record on screen.

VIII. DISPUTE CASES
Here citizens can see the land dispute details by entering survey number, khata number, etc.
1.select Dispute cases in the menu bar.
2. Need to Enter district, taluk details.
3. Enter district, taluk details & click on get report.
4. You can see dispute details of the district, taluk entered.
IX. VILLAGE WISE PENDENCY
1.Select village wise pendency in the menu bar
2. Fill all the details in the form & submit to get pendency report
X. CITIZEN PORTAL
1.Visit the official website of KA Bhoomi online & select Citizen portal login
2.Enter the login details to use revenue services, other department services & kc services
