1. Applicant Farmer’s ID Card, Aadhar Card / Voter Card Number/ Family ID

  3. After that, an online registration form will appear on your screen.

  4. Fill this registration form carefully i.e. enters Tehsil, district, village, weather, area, and land details.
  5. After that, press the “Search” option. Then, click on the “View Details” option.
  6. You have to fill all these details by online registration. Also, the information received on this portal can be shared with farmers and the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
  7. The entire details uploaded by the farmers cannot use in any other legal claim. This portal can open from the Internet or through the Common Service Center in the village.
  8. For online registration, the officials of the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare will go to the village and get information from the farmer.

Following are the instructions/procedure for farmer registration:

  • All (*) marked fields are mandatory.
  • The aadhar card number should be 12 digits.
  • The mobile number must be 10 digits.
  • Enter the correct mobile number. The details will be sent by SMS to this registered mobile number.
  • The date of birth must match with ID proof.

Bank Details:

The following details are necessary to fill the bank details:

– Bank Name: Select the bank name from the given dropdown.

– IFSC Code: IFSC Code should be found according to the given bank name.

– Account Number: Enter Farmer Account Number

– Confirm account number: The account number must match with the given account number.

– Account Holder Name: The name of the account holder must match with the bank account details.

It is mandatory to upload the first page of the bank passbook containing the details of the account number of the farmer.

– Click on the submit button.

Brief description of  Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana:

A unique scheme for the horticultural growers to compensate the government for the lower price of their products in the market.

Main objectives of the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana:

Reducing the risk of farmers by preservation price during the low prices of vegetables and fruits in the market.
Encouraging farmers to diversify into agriculture.

The crops covered under the BBY yojana protected prices and fixed production in the first phase:
Four crops: Tomato, Onion, Potato, and Cauliflower.
Preserved value and fixed production of identified crops.

Salient features of the scheme:

  1. Risk-free to vegetable tenants.
  2. To ensure the income of Rs 48000 / – to Rs 56000 / – per acre on the above four crops under the scheme.
  3. Preserving prices for four vegetables (tomato, onion, potato, and cauliflower) under the scheme.
  4. The government compensates the difference in the price up to the protected price to the farmers registered through the BBY e-portal on the website (www.hsamb.gov.in) for selling vegetables at a lower price within the stipulated period in the market.
  5. Eligible to avail the benefit of this scheme from landowner, tenant or tenant on rent.

The registration benefits under BBY scheme:

  • In order to avail benefits under this scheme, it is mandatory for the farmer to register through the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana (BBY) e-portal on the Marketing Board website during the sowing period.
    Field certification of registered farmers by the Horticulture Department.
  • Provision for filing an appeal by the farmer if he is dissatisfied with the certified area.
  • Manufacturer’s free registration.
  • Registration will be open only during the scheduled period.
  • Registration facility will be available at Sarva Seva Kendra / e-Disha Kendra / Marketing Board / Horticulture Department / Agriculture Department and Internet Kiosk.

Promotion Process:

  • Sale on J-Farm will be mandatory for promotion.
  • The post-sale details on J-Farm will be uploaded on the BBY e-portal, for which the facility will be available in the office of each respective market committee.
  • If the wholesale price of crop production is less than the protected price during the period of a sale, the farmer will be eligible to compensate for the difference in price.
  • The incentive will be payable on the sale of J-Farm and the fixed production per acre (whichever is less) multiplied by the difference in price.
  • The incentive amount will be released to the Aadhaar linked bank account of the farmer within 15 days of the sale.
  • The average daily wholesale price will be determined based on the daily prices of the mandis identified by the mandi board.

Plan Assessment:

  • For effective implementation of the scheme, assessment from time to time by state-level committees constituted under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary and district level committees headed by Deputy Commissioner.
  • Wide publicity of the scheme through newspapers, digital facilities, seminars, and farmers’ conferences.
  • Provision of sufficient funds for the scheme.

How to avail benefits of Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana?

  1. The producer has to ensure his registration on the e-portal during the stipulated period, otherwise, he will not be eligible for the incentive amount under this scheme.
  2. The producer has to ensure the sale of his produce in the mandis of Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board during the stipulated sales period.
  3. Under this scheme, it will be mandatory for the producer to take the “J” form on selling his product to get the incentive amount.
